Accessibility Statement
EliteApply is intended to support students using different devices, input methods and assistive technologies throughout demanding application work.
Our accessibility target
EliteApply targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across public pages and core account workflows. WCAG addresses perceivable content, operable controls, understandable interaction and robust compatibility.
Conformance is assessed for complete pages and responsive variations, so we treat mobile layouts and application states as part of the same accessibility responsibility.
Read WCAG 2.2 at W3CMeasures built into the interface
The interface uses semantic headings and landmarks, labelled controls, visible focus treatment and text descriptions for status. Public navigation is designed for keyboard use, including a skip link and dismissible mobile menu.
- Keyboard access and logical focus order for interactive controls.
- Text and icon cues so status does not rely on colour alone.
- Responsive reflow for narrow screens and zoomed content.
- Reduced-motion support for people who request it at operating-system level.
- Programmatic labels, status messages and error feedback for forms and workflows.
Compatibility and limitations
EliteApply is designed for current versions of major browsers and common screen readers. Older browsers, browser extensions, third-party content and newly released features may behave differently.
The product changes frequently, and we do not claim that every route or state fully conforms at all times. Automated checks help find some issues, but keyboard, screen-reader, zoom and responsive testing remain necessary.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email support@eliteapply.net with the subject “Accessibility feedback”. Tell us the page or workflow, what you were trying to do and what happened.
If you are comfortable doing so, include your browser, device and assistive technology. Do not include medical information or other sensitive details that are not needed to understand the barrier.
How we handle feedback
We review accessibility reports alongside product defects, assess their effect on completing the task and prioritise barriers that block access or create serious difficulty.
Where a quick product fix is not available, we will try to provide an accessible alternative or practical support when feasible. Response and resolution time depends on the issue's complexity and the information available.
